Bill of law that seeks to include cell phones among the priority products to which EPR Law apply
On June 10, 2021, a group of representatives submitted to the Chamber of Deputies a bill of law that seeks to modify Law No. 20,920 for the Management of Waste, Extended Producer Responsibility and Promotion of Recycling, particularly article 10, with the aim of incorporating cell phones into the priority products listed in article 10 of the aforementioned law.
The project is currently in its first constitutional process.
