Bill that seeks to oblige supermarkets to have recycling points in their dependencies

On April 29, 2021, a bill of law was submitted to the Chamber of Deputies that seeks to establish the obligation for supermarkets to implement a recycling point in their dependencies in order to promote the reuse and recycling of waste, establishing penalties between 1,000 to 2,000 UTM in case of infringement.

The project is currently in its first constitutional process.
